Roommate Cabins are under 30sqm and have no water connections, so you don’t require a permit in Auckland or anywhere else in NZ. Our cabins don’t have water or bathroom facilities and connections, which is why they’re permit-free for residential use!
We can usually deliver within Auckland and around NZ within a few days, subject to availability at the time of your enquiry. Your local RoomMate cabin supplier will be able to let you know their current delivery timeframes and will add you to a waitlist if they don’t have one immediately available.
