About RoomMate Cabins Southland
Our Southland branch is based in Invercargill and we service the geographical area of Southland. From Bluff to Milford Sound and everything in between. We have a variety of cabins available for rent and delivery can usually be made within a few days.
We are more than happy to visit your location to discuss and address any concerns you may have that will assist in providing a cabin at your place. I am always available via phone, text or email to guide you through the rental process.

Simon is the Managing Director of the Southland Roommate Cabin Franchise, bringing hands‑on leadership and practical experience to the business. Together, we focus on providing well‑built, reliable cabins and a service that’s straightforward and easy to deal with. With a young family ourselves, we understand how important functional, flexible spaces are, whether it’s for extra room at home, staff accommodation, or a practical business solution.
We’re actively involved in our community and are committed to running a business that’s friendly, responsive, and built on trust. For us, it’s about doing things properly, supporting locals, and delivering cabins that genuinely work for our customers.
