Hire a Cabin

To hire a portable RoomMate Cabin all you need is at least 4.0m x 3.5m of clear space and a site with reasonable access. We will do the rest!
We can use a hiab crane to lift the cabin onto the site if required; this is an additional cost.
RoomMate Cabins range from just $46 to $56 per week (depending on region) plus delivery charges.
RoomMate Cabins are leased for a minimum period of six months (less by negotiation).
Simply fill in an application form (right). Once your application (and $50 deposit) has been received, your local franchisee will contact you to arrange delivery.

Cabin payments may be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly - the choice is yours.
No bond is required for a RoomMate Cabin but payment must be made in advance.
Delivery charges are extra and include the cost of final levelling of the cabin on your site and the eventual pick up of the cabin.
RoomMate Cabins are for rent or sale and can be purchased outright by negotiation.(Contact your local franchisee for more information).

RoomMate Cabins are delivered on a purpose built trailer. The trailer with a cabin on board is 2.5 metres wide and 3.3 metres high so access to the site must be clear of overhead wires, trees and house eaves!
The cabin site also needs to be relatively flat but we usually can level it up for you.
